Shipping Policy

KAY LOUISE HODGSON SHOP currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is not free. All applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, package specifications, and other relevant factors. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are subject to verification, product availability, and carrier acceptance. We do not guarantee any processing, dispatch, or delivery timeframe. Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout or provided by a shipping carrier is an estimate only and does not constitute a guarantee.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, service interruptions, public holidays, incorrect address information, and other unforeseen events. KAY LOUISE HODGSON SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay, loss, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted. If a package is returned because it was undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges and any additional charges required to reship the order.

International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges

Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities or third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. KAY LOUISE HODGSON SHOP does not control these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into the destination country or region and for complying with all applicable customs and import requirements.

Tracking and Multiple Shipments

Tracking information may be provided when available. Tracking updates are supplied by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately or update continuously.

An order may be shipped in more than one package. Separate packages may have different tracking information and may arrive separately. Additional shipping charges will not be imposed solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments, unless the customer separately requests a different shipping arrangement.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If a package appears to be lost, damaged, or missing items, please contact us with the order number and relevant supporting information. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.

Submitting a report does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or other remedy. Any resolution will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, carrier requirements, our Return and Refund Policy, and applicable law.

KAY LOUISE HODGSON SHOP is not responsible for packages that a carrier records as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery Restrictions

Certain products, destinations, and address types may be ineligible for shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to ship it legally or reasonably, including where carrier restrictions, customs requirements, address limitations, suspected fraud, or other operational concerns apply.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.
